This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

WLAN with two networks each around 20 MB/s. Watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with 4K TV. Registration forms for the tourist tax are available. Suitable for 3 adults with 2 children, if necessary also for 4 persons, if you convert the couch, see photo.
