Achterhain – House by the Forest

Haus am Wald on Usedom – between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Achterhain is located on the edge of the forest in Ückeritz. 900 metres to the Baltic Sea, with the tranquil Achterwasser in sight. The forest of pine, beech and oak trees begins right in front of the house. A large panoramic window opens up a view of the forest, while on the other side, picture windows lead across fields to the water. Screed, oak parquet, selected fabrics and pictures, clear and calm. The terrace is sheltered at the edge of the forest, perfect for long evenings outside.

You live all by yourself with your loved ones in the spacious house on the large plot right by the River Peene. The house is high quality and modern furnishings. The rooms are cosy and unique. At the heart of the property is the large conservatory with a view of the water. Here, you will find a peaceful and idyllic spot surrounded by nature and right by the water. For a bit of variety, there is a giant trampoline, go-karts, table tennis, table football, darts, and kayaks so you can explore the area from the water.

Villa Luna offers a total of 6 sleeping options on 100 m² of living space. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a large corner bathtub, toilet and bidet. A guest toilet is on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, etc. In the basement there is a pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

This beautiful and spacious holiday home is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on Rügen. With two bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of space to sit together and relax, the house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The garden and terrace face south and are in a quiet location. Garden furniture, loungers, a barbecue, a beach chair and bicycles are available. A tourist tax will be charged on site according to the local fee regulations!

It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Whether with the whole family, as a group of friends or even for a break in the familiar, small team: our villa offers the right mix of space for cozy get-togethers and retreat thanks to the separately accessible apartments. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all possible constellations - especially in the spring and summer, where the garden with numerous seating options opens up further possibilities. Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.
