10/10 recommend staying here! It is a quaint apartment with everything you need. The location is ideal as it’s in the middle of all the action. The bed is extremely comfortable and the outdoor space is so relaxing. The washer in the hall is convenient and we definitely used it! When we come back to Florence we will definitely stay here again!

Such an amazing stay in Florence! Everything was perfect. The host really friendly and quick in communication. He suggested us many amazing local options for food and drinks. The area of the apartment is probably the best in Florence with many local osterias really nearby. The apartment is beautiful and really clean. Smart decoration and organization inside. Would really recommend 🤍

Marco es un excelente anfitrión, nos regaló una botella de vino en nuestra estancia, nos dio instrucciones de qué hacer en el centro de Florencia así como su recomendación personal sobre lugares para comer! We had a great stay at Lapo's place! It was perfect for our family (1 adult and 2 kids). The location is extremely convenient - a 12 minute walk to the train station and less than 15 minutes walking to all the major sights. The local area around the flat is lovely too. The washer and dryer were a plus. There were a lot of stairs, but we knew that when we booked and it wasn't a problem for us. The flat itself was charming and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

A fantastic apartment. We absolutely loved it - the area was like a little village within a city. The terrace is as good as it looks on the pictures: views of San Martino, flowers, herbs and tiled rooftops all around. The mezzanine lounge was ideal for the kids to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And Marta was super-helpful at check-in! Brilliant place.

Enrico’s place was very cosy and charming, located only 12 min away from the train station, with easy access to Firenze centre. I would recommend this stay! Plenty of room in the apartment, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Enrico was also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay!

I can say Riccarda’s apartment is just perfect if you want to stay in the old city of Florence. It is so close to the train station which is just 5 mins walk . It is also very close to the central plaza which is 10 mins walk. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything we need. The water pressure of the shower is awesome. It is very clean and new. Annamaria who is responsible for welcoming us is just amazing. She gave us clear instructions about the apartment. She helped us to book a taxi when we left. She even accompanied us for waiting for the taxi. We cannot use word to describe how we feel. Definitely stay again if we are back in Florence.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben unseren Kurzurlaub genutzt, um Florenz und dessen kulturelle Angebote zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hatte dafür die perfekte Lage inmitten der Stadt, sodass wir zu Fuß überall hingelangen konnten. Auch die Abende konnten wir in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Unterkunft.

Maurizio and his son Riccardo were very responsive and super easy to communicate with. The location can’t be beat! The parking spot was important for us and super helpful that Maurizio and his son were able to help with moving the car for us. The last night we left it at the parking garage right down the street, for 35 euros. Thank you Maurizio!!

Everything was great. If there was an issue or suggestion it was immediately acted on. Nothing is far away and having the train station nearby was so convenient. Also great to have grocery store right by and a great coffee shop/book store (Todo Modo) down the street and the river so close with an excellent gelateria just across the bridge. Water was hot and washer and dryer a real plus. Having the host, Francesca, meet us at the train station to help with our luggage was extraordinarily kind.

I highly recommend this apartment! I stayed here long-term, and it truly felt like home. The apartment is fully equipped, well-organized, and has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It looked exactly like the photos — clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well maintained. The neighborhood is ideal for both tourists and residents. Everything you need is within walking distance, and while it’s centrally located, the street itself is quiet with little foot traffic — peaceful yet connected. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. He handled everything promptly and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m truly grateful to Lorenzo for offering such a wonderful place.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Fantastic location near all the shops and restaurants etc. Also handy for the train station only 10 mins walk from apartment. Beautiful big windows and shutters that you can open to let in the atmosphere of Florence streets. Hot showers and comfy beds with everything you could need. Siddik was always very quick responding to any questions and super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Florence and this apartment will now be our go to for when we return ... This is a very special place to stay! Silvia & Carla have take great care and devotion in renovating what was their father's restoration studio into an apartment that has everything you may need, whilst sleeping under incredibly painted ceilings ! The place has an outside terrace, which is perfect for an afternoon aperitivo, if you are so inclined. This is a wonderful place, the hosts are charming and friendly, so book it if you can, you will not be disappointed.

What an absolutely fabulous stay. The Airbnb was gorgeous and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable. Great communication from Alfredo and Maurizio! Thank you for a stay to remember!
