Beachfront holiday rentals in Lucena

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Location very close to Carapibus/Tabatinga beaches. House was clean and tidy. The hammock was very handy.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

Wonderful accommodation, with perfect location and view!!! We could enjoy the beach with tranquility and feel good at the barbecue area and swimming pool. Kaori's apartment is just amazing! Well located, new and very well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we had no complications, everything was perfect. Kaori is an exceptional host, extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. Excellent bungalow, of extreme good taste. The gourmet area is very pleasant, the best place in the house to stay. Host Patrícia is always available. The beach area, in front of the condominium is wonderful, of calm sea. Only one point left to wish that it was the bathroom of the soon (it looked like a service bathroom), but other than that nothing to complain, on the contrary, the days I spent with my family there were very good.
