The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

Clean and spacious house, well-equipped rooms with air-conditioning in perfect condition. Mr. Frank and his wife are very welcoming, and Mr. Marcos is always helpful and friendly. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances. Right in front of the beach, which is very quiet for children, common area always well cleaned and available. The beach needs a little care from the government, as there is a lack of basic infrastructure. I chose the stay because I needed to rest and there I found what I needed.

The apartment was spotless! The air-conditioning units are new and work perfectly. The place is well ventilated and everything was in great condition. Although the building is quite old, the apartment has been fully renovated and is super modern. The location is great: a few meters from the beach, with great restaurants nearby — and affordable! There is also a pharmacy, bakery and even a hypermarket in the neighborhood. All very practical, you can do everything on foot. I loved the experience! And the host was just wonderful!

The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. A huge pool, easy and quick access to the beach and a restaurant next to the building. The very organized apartment, generous and pleasant space. We will return more often, see you soon. 👏🏻

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

Excellent bungalow, of extreme good taste. The gourmet area is very pleasant, the best place in the house to stay. Host Patrícia is always available. The beach area, in front of the condominium is wonderful, of calm sea. Only one point left to wish that it was the bathroom of the soon (it looked like a service bathroom), but other than that nothing to complain, on the contrary, the days I spent with my family there were very good.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Both I and the whole family were very pleased with the comfort and kindness in which we were treated by Rafael. The house is perfect for family vacations, great swimming pool, clean, ventilated environments, including all rooms have ventilators and the rooms are great, clean, the view from the balcony is amazing, I had the pleasure of watching a beautiful sunrise, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, very complete. I'll be back more often.
