We spent a week at this wonderful home inspired by Finnish architecture. Wood everywhere, indoor sauna, living room with an amazing view of the Bernese Oberland, a treat! Our neighbors were kind sheep and cows in their meadows. Located away from a peaceful village within walking distance, with walking trails nearby. Coop and Migros within 30 min drive, as well as Bern and Thun. The Gantrisch Natural Park surrounds you. Great, thanks again!

We spent beautiful days in the chalet of our host Jeanette. Her mother Elisabeth welcomed us and explained everything very well. We felt extraordinarily comfortable - like at home! This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

We spent the Easter days as a family, 7 adults, at the Retreat Lodge Schürmatt. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the decor, the location, the amenities. Everything, really everything, was there. Every day we cooked together and all accessories were available and in very good condition. The view of the Swiss Alps, at different times of the day and weather, is beautiful. The circling, calling Milane in the air a fascinating spectacle for Aug and Ear. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether sun or shade spot, there is a nice place for everyone with the right garden furniture. Also in the house, everyone (s) will find a favorite place to feel good, rest, read, play, enjoy. We all enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Vinzenz!

A cute older cottage with a wonderful view. Early in the morning, the sun shone into the bedroom and living/dining room. Andrea was always available for us and very friendly. We would come back back.

It was a wonderful stay. View from the property of snow clad peaks were awesome. Hosts were equally friendly and very sweet. Easy access to Bus/Train Station, nice restaurants and Migros. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for small families.

Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or family. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (non-disturbing) railway line, great view, very large playground on the lake, thermal baths and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

Tülin’s home was the highlight of our stay. When we saw the pictures, we knew we wanted to stay there, and it did not disappoint. Everyone in our group loved all the amenities from the sauna and ping pong table to the amazing fireplace. The guest book wall in the elevator was so clever. Tülin and her husband were so gracious to pick us up from the train station. They did an amazing job converting this once textile factory into a unique and well thought out home. They really did think of everything and provided extra amenities throughout for their guests, including additional toiletries and a first aid kit. Her recommendations for places to eat nearby were spot on. We would love to return someday!

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

The château offered us everything for an enjoyable family reunion. In the large kitchen we were able to cook together, enjoy the aperitif in the salon and dinner in the large dining room. The garden and pool are very nice. The playroom was also well received by the youngest.

Our stay was wonderful. Nicole is an excellent host and the house was super clean and comfortable. i will definitely recommend it and looking forward to stay there.

What a wonderful house and stay! It looked just like out of a dream - amazing surroundings with green hills full of flowers in the lovely Aargau countryside. The house is huge, peaceful, quiet, modern and spotless. Peki is also so friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved it and will be back for a longer stay!

The house was beautiful but the setting was even more beautiful! The view from the house is spectacular of the Alps. Such a wonderful, relaxing place. It accommodated our group of eight very well. The hot tub was very clean and the sauna was a bonus. Ard responded quickly to any questions.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Oliver’s holiday home. The house is very well equipped and true to description. The location is in a peaceful setting with fabulous mountain views and a short drive to the resort. Oliver’s instructions and communication were precise and prompt. The seperate apartment for our older parents was perfect and an equivalent standard to the main house. We particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen and laundry which made the stay very comfortable. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Our family would highly recommend the accommodation.

A wonderful place to stay with a relatively private garden area. To be noted for future Miezer: -Bets are only for 9-10 people, the rest must be spread out on sofas. Otherwise, the place was tip-top, clean and everything necessary was available. Communication was great and questions were answered quickly.

Hot tub needs to be paid separately. Otherwise great for larger groups of people.

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.
