The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.
