Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Construction trailer on Schafswiese, directly on the Elbe dike

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

Quiet, cozy basement apartment

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Just let your mind wander

Spacious apartment with terrace in a beautiful location. The nearest shopping facilities are in Wustrow (4 km) and Lüchow (8 km). If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the peace and nature, this is the place to be. Village edge location, hardly any neighbors, the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km and the nearest train station 17 km away. Pure nature! To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to arrive by car and/or bicycles.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

In a unique environment, this accommodation invites you to relax and enjoy. The listed historic stable building from 1859 was thoroughly renovated in 2022 and now meets the highest standards. Ground floor, on 62 sqm, this property is perfect for couples. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness. On warm days, the terrace invites you to sunbathe. Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Dream apartment above the rooftops of Hankensbüttel

This cozy nest (90 square meters) above the rooftops of Hankensbüttel is located in a quiet side street under the roof of a listed half-timbered house in a central location. The open living-cooking area and the two cozy rooms lay the foundation for stress-free days. Starting in July 2021, a wallbox will also be installed, making it easier for e-car owners to refuel their car.

Our apartment is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow, but still very quiet between Jeetzel and the city park. It is located in the separate annex with its own entrance. Indoor pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought on request.
