One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, & bedroom which has a desk, king size bed, & spacious closet. A pack n play & a twin mattress are also available. We allow guests to enjoy our breezeway porch that has an outdoor fireplace & a view into the wooded backyard that extends for 12 acres. We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport, & near several wedding venues. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. We are located just outside the city limits on a country road with beautiful fields and a catch and release fishing pond. We have 2 acres with our home on 1 acre and the RV on the other acre. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and we are only 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. We have a hammock, a fire pit with chairs, and a Gazebo by the pond with a table for 2. Our goal is to create a place for you to rest, relax, and have fun!
