Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

Cà di Mutti is a 17th-century house located on a hillside in an isolated position, nestled against the forest. The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. It features a large garden with a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, along with a spacious fire pit. For hiking enthusiasts, the main trails for excursions start right from the house. We are located 1 hour from Milan, at the beginning of the Piacenza hills and very close to the famous medieval village of Castell'Arquato, along the route of the Via Francigena. You will have the opportunity to stay in a suggestive space: the stable - where the manger is still present - located under the barn of the farmhouse. The magic of the experience is complemented by the pulsating lights of fireflies in June and encounters with roe and fallow deer throughout the year.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
