Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Our villa is perfectly located close to the lake, either 10 minutes from the beach on foot or 15 minutes from the ski slopes. You can enjoy a relaxing stay. The fully enclosed garden will allow your children to be safe or your pets to stretch their legs. 3 cars can be parked. 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds, mezzanine bed type, very high, not suitable for 1 child, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
