There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

You can reach the city center from us in 10 minutes. You also need the same time to get to the train and bus stations. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a shopping center with a grocery store and a cinema, a city park on one side, and the Brezina forest park on the other. Just below the house you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. All people of good will are welcome here, even with their four-legged friends.

Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním.
