Change of scenery guaranteed The cottages of the estate are built around a swimmable lake. Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.

Attached to a former 19th century farmhouse, renovated between 2019 and 2021, the house has a kitchen and bathroom each equipped and 2 bedrooms. Private parking and a large, semi-open farmyard, fully furnished in a dining and relaxation area with stone barbecue, complete the house. We provide deckchairs, an outdoor lounge but also 2 adult bikes (size M). Free public parking is 10 meters from the house. Cleaning included.
