The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Large apartment with two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. Guests can use a microwave, TV and a long balcony overlooking the sea. The price of the apartment includes all costs, including the tourist tax, Wi-Fi and the possibility of free parking in front of the house. We also offer an additional room with a large double bed (180x200) and a bathroom, please check the availability in the calendar. Together with the extra room, we can accommodate a total of 8 adults.

The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
