Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 1.60 cm & Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Private jetty for swimming and fishing in the summer and pimpling in the winter. Wood-fired sauna by the lake. Outdoor barbecue area with possibility to cook at muurikka.

Fully equipped kitchen 1 bathroom with a small washing machine Plenty of parking in the yard (8 minutes by car to Luleå city center and 25 minutes to Kallax Airport). The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
