Monthly Rentals in Luminella

We stayed at the property for about 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. Francesca is very friendly and helpful. A great host to help and give tips, but also gives guests complete peace and privacy. We arrived without a car and she helped us a lot so that we could arrive and leave as easily as possible. The climb to the house is within walking distance in everyday life (relaxed it is 20 minutes to the beach/back), but with luggage it could be difficult. The accommodation is ideal for two persons. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two bathrooms. Everything is very clean. We enjoyed the tranquility and enjoyed Francesca's vegetables, fruits and eggs from our own garden.

Beautiful apartment with very nice patio and superb sea views. We spent a few days with 2 small kids. The place is very quiet, very clean and confortable, at walking distance from the beach of the old town centre. Samuele is the best airbnb host I ever have. Very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

Centrally located, it offers optimal spaces for 4/5 people. Beautiful usable for lunch and/or sunbathing. As the apartment is located on a square , in the morning you can hear noises and chats. But never invasive. I don't think there's air conditioning. Host attentive to information and friendly. We'll be there.
