Ideally located between Montpellier and Nîmes and 12 km from the beaches, in an authentic 15th century Languedoc Mas (the Mas de Cadoule), you will find an atypical living environment with many amenities offered (Jacuzzi, children's playground, large swimming pool, pergolas, deckchairs, hammocks, boules court, barbecue, etc.). The Maison de Papic is the manor house of the Mas. We renovated it in 2008 and then 2020 into a very nice and spacious vacation home.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
