I am BLOW away by the charm and romance of this Airbnb. It literally brought tears to my eyes walking in and opening the window to a picturesque landscape. We got both sunny hot days and rain and are so blessed Claudia shared her space with us.

Superlative host, house of yesteryear to leave you breathless, wonderful landscape, views and places to visit. I highly recommend a stop at the Zarthman restaurant, I've never eaten so well, food prepared with love and only with the use of first choice organic local raw materials and biodynamic wines. A cut above all gourmet cheeses, the lamb skewers with local sheep meat and the very tender sheep of the brigands. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible

The apartment is bigger than it shows in the listing; there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is located in close proximity to most of old Rome and is a very good central spot when visiting. We comfortably walked just about everywhere we went but when we needed transportation there was a cab stand and bus stop two short blocks away. Do note that the location is active at all times and the restaurants/bars stay open late. It can get loud at night and the sounds of the street are easily heard in the apartment, especially the front bedroom.

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

We stayed at this very well located accommodation between the monti and the historic center (5 min walk to the Colosseum and 10 min to the Trevi Fountain). The place at Ladi's in Trastevere was just perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location couldn't be better – right in the middle of charming Trastevere, but still quiet. The absolute highlight is the beautiful courtyard, a small green oasis in the middle of the city. Ladi himself was also particularly great: he welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made a small tour of the neighborhood – with lots of personal tips on his favorite shops and restaurants. That was super helpful and totally nice! Absolutely recommend – we would come back any time.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Simona's house is a haven of peace. Beauty, disconcerting tranquility. It's good to live there. Located in the heights of VELLETRI , you will have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains around. We loved this stay, we loved Italy. You need to do it again. Simona is very friendly, and responds to the slightest request. We give them a 10/10 rating.

Danilo is always available and takes care of it immediately. Our teenagers were very happy to have one room to themselves. And the highlight is of course the turtles and the great garden. The villa is a little older, but decorated with a lot of love, especially the gallery is exceptional.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.
