A historic villa dating from 1908, built to house a factory producing essential oils from the lemons and oranges grown in the villa’s extensive citrus grove. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses, each measuring 110 square metres. Indeed, it is possible to book both houses, which can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is a secluded inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden, both of which are available for guests to use. The two villas have different styles: one is in a modern style and the other in a classic style. The first cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful, cosy living area, which includes a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a 55-inch TV, a large sofa with a chaise longue for relaxing, a large table for lunch and dinner, and small design details. Two bedrooms: one double room with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic room overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with every possible amenity. The other villa, more classic and intimate, features an antique style, also with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses. There is a grand fireplace, which forms the centrepiece of the living area. A cosy kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunch and dinner. This villa also has two bedrooms: one is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and the other is an attic room overlooking the living area, which is equipped with air conditioning. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with every possible amenity.
