Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

There is little privacy.

The apartment, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. The kitchen is habitable and equipped for any necessity. Private parking available by request.

The apartment, with private parking, is located outside the traffic-restricted zone of Lerici just 300 meters from the sea and the free and equipped beaches. Guests will have two large bedrooms, a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a terrace overlooking a private garden. Bruno and his family will be happy to provide any information about the Lerici area and its surroundings.

The accommodation is composed of a double bed, private bathroom, dining/work table and it has two windows facing the sea. Ideal for couples.
