Monthly Rentals in Luquillo

We had a brief stay, but the room was as advertised. Very short walking distance to the beach! The host was very responsive and informative.

The place was nice, was able to cook, which I wanted, with a well stocked grocery store across the street. The air conditioner worked great, and the shower was great, too. There were some restaurants worth checking out in the “kiosks” down the street a mile or two. The beach was AMAZING! Very swimable, which I did every day. Gabriel was so nice and friendly! Every contact was very positive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The apartment offers several appreciated amenities: close to the beach, swimming pool, balcony with a nice view and easy access to several services (grocery store, Walgreens, restaurants, etc.). Everything is as advertised except maybe the workspace is in the bedroom (not a single room). Also note that air conditioning is also limited to the bedroom. Unfortunately, the A/C unit does not have a silent mode or continuous mode. Maybe uncomfortable for those with lighter sleep. The living room and kitchen are equipped with two ceiling fans that contribute to ventilation and make up for not having air conditioning. Thanks to Ideliz and Matt for their responsiveness to the frequent barking of a dog from another complex — an external issue out of their control. Very nice, we recommend!
