Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. This old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. It is an excellent place to stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guedelon and the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Only two animals are allowed per reservation.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
