Welcome to our charming 19th-century house, beautifully renovated in 2024 with an eco-friendly spirit. Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, just 5 km from Bagnères-de-Bigorre, the house is perfectly placed between nature and mountains, close to the Pic du Midi, thermal baths, cinema and the lively Saturday market. The region is perfect for cycling (Tourmalet and famous mountain passes), hiking, trail running and skiing, as well as for families and couples seeking peace, nature and authenticity.

The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

The Chiroulet Cabin

This shepherd's hut is located in the wild valley of Lesponne, at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and in the international starry sky reserve. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom (with dry toilet), 2 bedrooms and a terrace, which will allow you to enjoy stunning views of the mountains. Hikes are possible around the yurt... You can enjoy a visit to the "Fibre de Vie" farm offering Mohair and Alpaca wool products. Ski resorts 35 to 45 minutes away.
