Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

We offer an apartment in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the first floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the harbor of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and the spa square are a 10-minute walk away. In our seaside resort you will find a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns.

The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The spacious garden, each with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed, is available for all guests.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
