Let your soul wander on walks along the Peene River. At the harbour, 5 minutes' walk away, you can go fishing or go on a boat trip, where you can also feast to your heart's content. In two fish restaurants, you can enjoy local fish specialties, fresh on the table or cover yourself with all kinds of fresh and salt water from the in-house smokehouse. From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger Radweg. Here you will find small beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, far from the wild hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is an unforgettable experience. Here you will find plenty of space in the open untouched countryside - the large garden in front of the house and barn invites you to be inspired by the tranquility in the sun or in the shade under one of the numerous apple trees and to recharge your batteries.

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
