This gorgeously modern Split Riviera vacation rental is just a 1-minute walk from the nearest beach on Brac, and a short drive from the towns of Sutivan and Supetar. Of course, you can also spend your holiday taking in the sea views from the outdoor living areas at this luxury property.

Look out over the sea from a private terrace with a heated infinity pool, loungers, a barbecue, al-fresco dining for six and its own sound system. You can linger outside to watch the stars come out over the Adriatic, or step inside, pour yourself a glass from the wine fridge and settle in by the TV, Blu-Ray player and Wi-Fi. The villa also features an exercise room for active guests; for everyone else, there’s a sauna.

Walls of glass frame the views and flood the villa’s open-concept great room with sunlight. Stretch out on the generous sectional in the sitting area, try out local produce in meals prepped in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the company of friends and family around a dining table that seats eight.

The villa’s location on Brac puts you just a 1-minute walk from the nearest pebble beach and a short drive from shopping and dining in the town of Sutivan, with the city of Supetar further down the road. It’s well worth a day trip to Lovrecina Beach or the sandy golden crescent of Zlatni Rat Beach, widely considered the island’s best.
