This special place is close to everything. Located very close to the beach, just a 3-minute walk. In a small building with only 3 floors, on the 1st floor with only 7 to 8 access steps. Entrance with wardrobe, living room with bedroom area and Kitchenette equipped with stove, exhaust fan, oven, washing machine and dishwasher and refrigerator. Excellent thermal and acoustic finishes, air-conditioning.
