I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.

Our young family with 2 children rents out this new and modern 2-room apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can fully enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with their own garden section.
