Beautiful 3-room self-contained flat in a rural location close to the city

The 3-room apartment with private entrance, bathroom & kitchen is located in the former country school building, which was completely renovated in 2016. Surrounded by nature & with a view of the local mountains you enjoy your peace! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Excursion destinations nearby. CAR IS NECESSARY, AS NO BUS CONNECTION. (UBER/TAXI) In the middle part is our conference room for companies. On the top floor we live with 2 children in our own apartment.

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne, it is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountain Rigi. The flat includes a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom and a double bed (160x200). As a starting point for hiking in summer or snowshoeing in winter, our chalet is ideal. An ideal place to relax and recharge.
