The apartment is ideally located close to Lake Lucerne and Lucerne Old Town. It is spread over two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor impresses with beautiful, old wooden beams that preserve the original character of the building – however, please note that the beam height is relatively low, so people over 1.80 m should pay attention to their head. The quiet location overlooking the idyllic courtyard invites you to relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. The apartment is in the district towards Littau and is 10 minutes away from the city center. The apartment is very urban and can also be easily reached by car, walking, bicycle or by bus no. 12 from Lucerne train station. The apartment is small but nice and is located in a 2-family house. There is a separate Entrance area, living area with armchairs and a small kitchen. The bedroom is separate and suitable for 2 persons.
