Πρόκειται για μία όμορφη και ευρύχωρη οικογενειακή μονοκατοικία 120 τ.μ. που περιβάλλεται από κήπο με δέντρα και λουλούδια και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα παιδικό δωμάτιο, 2 μπάνια, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, μεγάλο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία.
