Enjoy a stay in our wonderful town house, which is situated in a very quiet and peaceful place right next to the iconic beach Bellevue and the beautiful park Dyrehaven, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The house is also right next to a train station that will take you to the centre of Copenhagen in 10 min. In front of the house there is a courtyard, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, and in the back yard there are also a table and chairs and a big trampoline.

Soveværelse ovenpå med døre ud til terrasse og udsigt over haven. Bad/toilet ved siden af værelset. Et stort værelse med dobbeltseng nedenunder samt stort badeværelse. Fra værelset er der døre ud til en terrasse foran huset. Ovenpå: køkken, stue, spisestue og kontor. I køkkenet kan man sidde “ved baren” på to højstole. Fra spisestuen kan man åbne dørene ud til en stor træterrasse i to niveauer. Stor have med basketnet. Sovesofa størrelse 140 x 200 på kontoret. Super nem at slå ud.

Our villa is cozy, private and typical Danish. The house has a wonderful garden. The garden has lots of small cozy places to enjoy: Sauna, hammocks, sunbeds, pizzaoven and a wooden terrace. We have 4 rooms on the first floor, two bedrooms w/extra beds on the lofts and an office w/a bed on the loft. Kitchen with connecting diningroom and two livingrooms on groundfloor. Basement has a bedroom with direct access to the garden. We also have budgies, quails, chickens and tortouises.

Villa near Ocean and Forest

Unique Patricia Ville from 1912 situated between the kings forest and Øresund Ocean, offers the parfect setting for a vacation for full relaxation or activities with the kids. Bathingsbridge and other swimming facilities located just 5 min walk from the house is great for the summer. The forest with plenty of options for bike riding or hiking trips is great. 10 golf courses located within 30min drive. And Only 20min train ride to Copenhagen Center.

Very nice clean villa and one of the best location in Denmark, just outside wonderful Copenhagen(by car 15 min). Big garden, nice quiet/safe neighborhood close to lakes and a lovely town with lots of shopping possibilities. 3 bedrooms(every room has a double bed), 6 sleeps - 1 flat screen - high speed internet (1000 MB) / WIFI / Cabel-tv. We recommend children who can walk the stairs, either baby’s or at least 5-6 years. See our pictures!

You have your own apartment on first floor in our beautiful countryhome. The apartment has two bedrooms and a dining room. 2 bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen. Private access to a wonderful big terrace overlooking our private garden. There is no access for guests to our private garden and pool. One bathroom is in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is in the hall next to the eat- in kitchen. No television.
