Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

Great villa apartment on a great location with sea view. Beach 2 min. walk. 5 min. to Skovshoved Harbour. 2 minutes to the forest. Great terasse. Free parking. 10-15 min by bus/train from Cph city center. Great for a summer vacation combining beach, forest and city. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room. 3. Bedroom is placed in the basement. But we can arrange an extra bed in the dining room. Let Be aware that a neighbor in the basement next to the bedroom.

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. På førstesalen er der tre soveværelser og et stort badeværelse samt stue/køkken i stueetagen inkl. mindre toilet. Derudover har vi et studio i kælderen med tre sovepladser og stort badeværelse, som udlejes separat (kan lejes sammen ved behov). 150m til nærmeste supermarked 400m til bager 400m til S-togstation Det koster 100 DKK/dag at bruge den udendørs jaccuzi, da den bruger meget elektricitet til både at opvarme og rense vandet.

There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.

Our cozy villa apartment contains lovely rooms and has a large garden. 100 m from the train (13 min to the city center Cph). Walking distance to the water. Beautiful villa from the 19th century. Shopping and shopping in the nearest streets. An ideal place for families with children. We have a cat coming indoors during the day. It should be fed daily.
