It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Sitting on the edge of the Cairn nature reserve, 15 mins walk from the Tunnels beach and the bustling town of Ilfracombe which offers pubs, restaurants , shops and supermarkets. 2 miles from Lee Bay and 5 miles from Woolacombe Beach, a great family get away : 4 bedrooms two en-suite and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs kitchen/diner,large lounge, utility and toilet . Large decked area to front , sloped lawn gardens and another terrace to the rear both with open countryside views.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The property is set at the top of the bay with panoramic sea views. You can chill out after a day at the beach and enjoy the the magical sunsets from the deck. With its beach hut vibe, the accommodation has been lovingly renovated by architect surfers to a very high standard, perfect for romantic breaks or family holidays.
