The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60m2 for up to 3 people (the third bed is an extra, 1-person sofa bed from Maison du Monde). Comfort and tradition: exposed timber frame, air conditioning, fibre-optic internet and a range of TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected décor, display of works of art, terrace, balcony, private parking available for an additional charge. Jacuzzi shared with La Tour, our other apartment.

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

You have to go around the main house to access it. It is overlooked. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 5:30pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

In terms of transport: - public transport (bus stop 200 m away; Part-Dieu station 12 km away) - A6 and A7 highways accessible via the Rocade EST de Lyon It is also possible to jog in the surrounding fields and woods!

For a short or long stay, you will be in the historic heart of Lyon in this apartment that my wife and I renovated for 6 months until February 2021. It is located on the top floor - with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Lyon City Hall, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3), and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
