In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Our house, nestled in the heart of the village of Vancia, behind the church, allows a comfortable and quiet stay with family, friends or colleagues. It is located 2 km from Espace 140, 12 km from Eurexpo, 12 km from the heart of Lyon. In terms of transport: - public transport (bus stop 200 m away; Part-Dieu station 12 km away) - A6 and A7 highways accessible via the Rocade EST de Lyon It is also possible to jog in the surrounding fields and woods!

Organised as a duplex, your bed and breakfast consists of a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, and a living room equipped with a kitchen. Tradition and modernity: original stone and terracotta floors, art exhibition. Together, these two spaces offer a generous floor area of 40 m², connected by a stunning wrought-iron spiral staircase, which can be quite narrow! Private parking at an additional cost. For a short or long stay, you will be in the historic heart of Lyon in this apartment that my wife and I renovated for 6 months until February 2021. It is located on the top floor - with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Lyon City Hall, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3), and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
