The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Lovely stylish air-conditioned apartment in central Lyon

Superb air-conditioned apartment, fully equipped and recently renovated. Located in the vibrant and very well-connected area (metro, tram and bus within a 5-minute walk) of Jean Macé–Universités. It is close to Part-Dieu train station, Perrache and Place Bellecour. All comforts: Living room with quiet fixed air conditioning. Separate bedroom. Wifi, HD TV, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, nespresso machine, teapot, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe).

This artist's studio is located at the very top of the Pink Tower, on the 4th floor without elevator access of the most famous renaissance building in old Lyon. It consists of a small living room, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, area 13 m2, ceiling height 3.70 m. The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.

Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!

No noise pollution will be tolerated in the condominium and apartment.
