Vast prestigious apartment on the Presqu'île

Experience luxury with this spacious home that combines old-fashioned and contemporary comfort. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has magnificent parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decoration. The stay has been completely redone and the photos are being updated. Guest will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally located with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included in the service. Baby cot possible. It is not planned to be able to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached at all times via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to the Perrache train station and a few minutes' walk from Old Lyon. All convenience stores are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by walking or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). two Velov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931
