Appartement central, idéalement placé à 500m de la place Bellecour, et 800m du Vieux Lyon 3 pièces en parfait état au dernier étage d'un immeuble de 7 étage avec ascenseur et une vue fabuleuse sur le Rhône, l'Hôtel-Dieu et La basilique de Fourvière. Terrasse très agréable de 15m2 Nul besoin d'une voiture, tous les transports en commun sont a proximité du logement, tramway, métro, vélo publics. Commerces de proximité, bouchons lyonnais, bar-péniches sur les quais, promenades au bord du Rhône.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

On the 6th and last floor with elevator, a quiet place. In the heart of the peninsula between Edouard Herriot street, famous for its luxury shops and the famous rue Mercière with these no less famous Lyonnais corks that we have created for our guests an apartment with an intimate and precious atmosphere. No need car or taxi, everything is done on foot or by public transport, because you are in the center of all the events of our city light. To park your car different public car parks nearby.

Rare par son emplacement situé dans un immeuble Haussmanien de standing au cœur du quartier de Grolee vous apprécierez le calme et la fonctionnalité de ce duplex. Tout est au pied de l’immeuble. Cet appartement, entièrement rénové et équipé, peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (une chambre équipée d'un lit queen size double ) et un séjour équipé (d'un canapé-lit double très confortable). Vous bénéficierez de l'appartement dans son intégralité. Wifi illimité, TV, machine à laver, shampooing…

A 500m à pied de la cité de Pérouges, dans un ancien moulin du 16°, au bord du ruisseau, appartement en duplex comprenant 2 chambres indépendantes et une grande cuisine. Chacune des chambres dispose de sa sdb avec WC et douche. La cuisine est équipée et permet de déjeuner en famille ou entre amis. Un bbq dans le jardin complète l'équipement. Parking privé gratuit, avec possibilité d'accueil de vélos, motos ou voitures anciennes sous abri. Si besoin, possibilité canapé lit 2p en complément.

Organisé en duplex, votre bed and breakfast se compose d’une part, d’une chambre et d’une salle de bain attenante, et d’autre part d’une pièce de vie équipée d’une cuisine. La décoration allie tradition et modernité, les sols en pierre et terre cuite d’origine côtoyant les toiles d’un artiste contemporain. Ces deux espaces totalisent une belle surface de 40 m2, ils sont reliés par un magnifique escalier fer forgé en colimaçon qui peut se révéler très étroit ! Parking privé en supplément.

Shops, markets and restaurants next door. Very spacious and bright, in an old building of character secured by double digicode, on the 4th floor with elevator. Lateral view of the "Place des Jacobins". Near all means of transport, places to visit. Optional parking 20 € / overnight stay.
