Newly painted apartment on the second floor. Open plan, sleeping area with two 80 beds, TV corner with sofa bed, as well as extra bed. The apartment is close to everything, 500 meters to nice swimming bay and promenade, 500 meters to the city center, shops, cafes, restaurants. 500 meters to cozy Gamlestan and Norra harbor, 1 km to Havets hus. In the middle of a beautiful green courtyard, you will find a historic farmhouse whose entire upper floor has been converted into a guest apartment of about 30 square meters. The apartment has everything one needs for a holiday: kitchenette, toilet with shower and washing machine, wifi 6. Rent our brand new lgh at the cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 m. to the cliffs and 100 m. to the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large balcony with sea view. From Kleven it takes about 5 min walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in lgh and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is available under the house with lift up to lgh. No pets, no smoking and no "party gang". Age limit 30 years.

Home close to ocean and centrum

From this central apartment, you walk 3 minutes to the ocean or 5 to the centre of Lysekil. The bathroom is completely new, and the kitchen is refurbished, in April 2023. The place is perfect for a couple, but we could fix some matrasses if needed in the living room. There is also a small garden and dogs are welcome.
