Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging trails just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Close to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping centre and the E6 road. During high season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

Small cozy guest house with sea views. In just five minutes you are at the beach. Or take the ferry to unique Fiskebäckskil or Lysekil. In the cottage, there are two beds with pillows and blankets. Simple hot plate, refrigerator, coffee maker and internet. Toilet. You have to bring sheets, bed linens and towels and do cleaning after yourself. Completely Animal-free. Restaurant about 30 min walk, or 2 min to the ferry. Bed linens, etc. can be rented. There is no shower! Just hot water in the kitchen area, cold in the sink in the toilet.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

The Guesthouse

Relax in our small quiet guest house with all the amenities you need. Kitchen, bathroom and small patio with barbecue, under stately oaks. Large double bed and space for an extra bed in the same room. Short walk to fantastic jetty for saltwater swimming and play from the diving tower or crab fishing jetty. If you are looking for a restaurant or bar, there is one about 20 minutes' walk away. Bed set + towels can be booked for SEK 150/set. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Nice guest house of 25 sqm adjacent to the main building. The house consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, sleeping loft is available. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, microwave oven and refrigerator, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn center. Parking is not possible at the house but it is possible to load and unload the car at the accommodation.

A detached cottage in a quiet residential area and with walking distance to the center of Lysekil. Fresh smaller accommodation with its own bathrooms. The cottage has a complete smaller kitchen and a nice patio at the entrance. On the patio there is also a barbecue that guests are welcome to use. 300m away is the largest grocery store in Lysekil. Child-friendly bath with shallow sandy beach you have 10 minutes walk.

Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.
