The house is located in stunning Bovallstrand with sea views. The house is in suture row. Entrance level consists of large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 people and large living room with fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also laundry room with washer and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where Jacuzzi, sun beds, outdoor furniture and dining for 10 are available. The whole house is state of the art with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. With proximity to salt baths in the gullmarsfjord, lovely days on the terrace and lovely evening dips in the hot tub. The house is only 15 minutes from the e6 and torp shopping center. The waterfall camping (4/15 - 9/15) is close by, here is a kiosk and playground. It is also where you go and swim, several bathing bays are available, with both cliff baths and a small sandy beach as well as swimming from the jetty. Walk in 5-7 minutes from the front door to the waterfront

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is in excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Patios in several directions with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy some time in the hot tub. It is less than 10 minutes' walk to beautiful sea swimming. If you're in a hurry, you can borrow a bike. Skaftö is fantastic with beautiful swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.

The house has a large sunny terrace with both a glazed conservatory/dining area, gas grill, lounge area, jacuzzi, and sun all day. At the back of the house, you have a large fenced lawn, perfect for playing. In the house you will find 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. In the lovely bright and spacious living room, you will also find the kitchen, all in an open plan with high ceilings and views from all windows. If you have visitors, you can make up the sofa bed in the living room.
