There is a heated pool of about 25-30 degrees, as well as the possibility to barbecue and eat dinners outdoors. At the back of the house, there is a lawn perfect for play, as well as a trampoline. There is also a paved patio where you can eat your breakfast in the morning sun, and sit in the shade during the day.

Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Welcome to rent our amazing villa just outside Kungshamn/Smögen during the summer. There are 10 fixed beds (three extra beds are provided if needed). We have a large terrace pool that accommodates 12-14 people, heated to 38 degrees. There is also a charger for your electric car to borrow at no extra cost. In the garage, we have a hobby room where you have access to a gym, ping pong, darts, etc. The garden is framed with fences and has a lot of fun for the kids to play with.

This property is close to nature directly adjacent to Sotenäsleden with only 500 meters to Sotekanalen and Ramsvikslandet. Nevertheless, you can easily bike to both Hunnebostrand's center (3.5 km) and to Smögen/Kungshamn (5 km). Only 100 meters from the bus stops, it also provides good opportunities to transport between the communities.
