Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

A substantial terraced house, minutes walk from the sea front, close to the town and other major attractions. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a third bedroom with bunk beds, we also have a travel cot available. There is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower, and separate WC. It has a fully fitted kitchen with in built washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Large open plan lounge, dining area, the house also has a small well kept garden with outside furniture.

Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.
