The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Centred directly across the road from the famous St. Annes on Sea beach, and within three minutes walking distance from the picturesque town centre, this apartment is ideal for someone looking for a short break away, or longer stays alike. It's also within 200 metres of the beautiful Ashton Gardens. This is a pet friendly apartment (small dogs preferably - but not to be left unaccompanied). The hosts are the most welcoming and helpful you will find, making your stay that much more pleasurable.

Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. A pleasant stroll along the beach/sea front one way takes you to the centre of St. Annes, and, the other, to Fairhaven Lake, with its cafe and boating. Lytham is easily accessible by car or bus or even on foot if you're feeling energetic.
