Monthly Rentals in Ma Wan

Convenient location, just two minutes from the Kennedy Town MTR station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, etc. around. The Kennedy Town swimming pool, 7-8 minutes away, is a gem, especially from mid-April through the end of October, when the outdoor pool is open (google the pictures). There is a hiking trail cross the road from the apartment, up steep hills and stairs all the way to Victoria Peak. The living room faces a busy street, but with the windows closed you cannot hear anything. There is no noise in the bedroom. Both AC units are very quiet. The host, property manager, and housekeeper are all doing an outstanding job. The apartment is fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent, a generous stack of towels, coffee capsules, and more. Communication was excellent – all my queries were answered instantly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

This is the second time I have stayed at at Beau's and I hope to return again in the future. It is a comfortable flat in a great location. Discovery Bay is a green environment with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The regular ferries and buses provide easy access to all over Hong Kong including to and from the airport.

Allan's apartment is super convenient to the pier, with a supermarket directly below and lots of good places to each close by. They is a lovely walk nearby. The view from the apartment is exceptional, and for Hong Kong, the shower area is very big and comfortable
