A living room with equipped kitchen, a seating area + TV and a bathroom insulated by partitions and a door (+ automatic air extractor). Wifi connection + Ethernet exit. Quiet neighborhood and apartment (parties and guests prohibited from 10pm to ensure calm for other guests) supermarkets 4 minutes away, the city center 7 minutes by foot. Free parking on the street of the accommodation.

Duplex with a breathtaking view

Once you arrive on the 9th floor of this building with elevator, you will enter a real cocoon bathed in light. The apartment is indeed very bright and has two bedrooms. Its main asset is its panoramic view of the Meuse. It has a small balcony with good orientation and, at night, the illuminated city becomes a real spectacle. At the foot of the famous Batte market on Sundays and a stone's throw from Rue Hors-Chateau and the center.

Apartment( completely renovated) best location

Best location in the centre of town. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located on the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the station, 6 minutes walk. Big market is only 1 minute walk through the Koning Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer a free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district at a 5-minute walk.

Cocoon with terrace in the historic center

Very well located and ideal little cocoon for a couple. At the foot of the stony district, the market square and the steps of Bueren. In December, you can also enjoy the Christmas village :) In good weather, the terraces of the market square are very pleasant. Otherwise, the apartment has a great little terrace ;) Talk to you soon.
