34 m2 apartment located on the second floor of an old house (1897), so not recommended for people with limited mobility (no elevator and 44 steps). It includes a living room with city views, a bedroom with sink and shower, an equipped kitchen and a toilet. Ideally located 10-15 minutes' walk to the historic center (Palais des Princes Évêques), Gare du Palais (or Gare Saint-Lambert), the Opera and pedestrian streets of the city center.

Its main asset is its panoramic view of the Meuse. It has a small balcony with good orientation and, at night, the illuminated city becomes a real spectacle. At the foot of the famous Batte market on Sundays and a stone's throw from Rue Hors-Chateau and the center.

The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the station, 6 minutes walk. Big market is only 1 minute walk through the Koning Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer a free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district at a 5-minute walk.

In December, you can also enjoy the Christmas village :) In good weather, the terraces of the market square are very pleasant.
