L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana nel mese di Agosto. Appartamento ben arredato, ordinato e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla e soprattutto comoda al mare (50 metri dalla spiaggia). Host super disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 con due bimbi piccoli, la casa é molto accogliente con tutti i comfort e una terrazza sul mare incantevole. La posizione é perfetta per una vacanza di mare, natura e relax, riparata dal caos estivo ma anche vicina a ristoranti e bar, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Gabriella e il suo co-host Pierpaolo sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre reattivi nelle risposte alle nostre richieste. Posto consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornarvi presto.

l'appartamento è una vera chicca,arredato con gusto, a noi è piaciuto davvero molto. letti comodissimi ( per noi era una cosa essenziale). si sta benissimo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. un plus il terrazzo, spazioso per cenare fuori e con due bei lettini da spiaggia per prendere il sole. i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. il mare è a pochi minuti di camminata, pulito e con sabbia finissima. è stata una vacanza rigenerante.

La casa era fantastica, pulita, spaziosa con un giardino e un tavolo fuori per poter pranzare anche all aperto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Where to even begin. I think Simone and Rita’s place was the single best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The place was incredibly clean and really well stocked. Everything from cooking utensils to oils and seasoning (plus coffee) was there waiting for us. The two outdoor patios and the option to open almost the entire place up was a luxurious experience. The place was bigger than expected and had room for all our stuff to be put away neatly. Simone and his family are incredible hosts. They were very kind, hospitable but always respected our privacy. Beautiful family and it was a pleasure to meet them. I would recommend and I will look to return and visit again.

Ottima esperienza, Martina si è dimostrata un host gentilissima, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Il mare, bellissimo, facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 6/7 minuti. Nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che serve, supermercati, tabacchi, farmacie e bar. Vicino anche il Borgo di Grottammare alta, con una vista sul mare pazzesca. Comodamente raggiungibile con monopattini, biciclette o passeggiando, lungo la lunghissima ciclopedonale, anche la bellissima San Benedetto del Tronto, con molti locali e ristoranti. È stato veramente un bel soggiorno, grazie ancora a Martina e alla gentile Ivana, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Francesco è un host estremamente attento e professionale, ci siamo trovati bene con lui e l'appartamento è fantastico. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Siamo stati molto bene. Alloggio come da descrizione in ottima posizione x esplorare i dintorni. Andrea è un host veramente gentile, ci ha accolto di persona facendoci trovare in cucina delle Pizzette,succhi e una bottiglia di vino. consigliato.

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto nell' annuncio e perciò perfetto per un gruppo di amici da 6-7 persone. L'host si è mostrano estremamente disponibile a rispondere a tutti i dubbi, rispondendo ai nostri contatti in tempi molto brevi. La casa è molto accogliente e dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario per un weekend in tranquillità. Uno dei punti forti è la vista dal balcone, che permette di godersi il sole del tramonto.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Casa estremamente accogliente con ogni agevolazione. Fornita di tutto. Sabrina e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili, accoglienti e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema dovesse capitare. Il mare si raggiunge in auto in 15 minuti, ma la casa è a pochi minuti dal paese Ripatransone, un gioiellino. Grazie di tutto

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this conveniently located apartment in Ancona. Its proximity to bus lines made exploring the city and surrounding areas incredibly easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse restaurants, shopping, and walking along the beautiful seaside. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. Alessandro is exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would eagerly return on our next visit to Ancona.

Chiara é un host molto reattivo e gentile, ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'appartamento che era pulito e coincideva con le foto illustrate. Comodo per gli spostamenti a piedi e a due minuti dal centro di Macerata, inoltre ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare in zona che sono stati molto apprezzati. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Vi fant dette sent en kveld og det var heldigvis noen åpne plasser. Alessandro svarte oss veldig kjapt på henvendelser. Når vi kom ditt ble vi imponert, det så nøyaktig ut som bilder og var veldig vakkert. Det var veldig hyggelig og fredelig der. De som var der var meget gjestmilde og behjelpelig med alt av forespørsler. Det er noe avsted til ting rundt men det anbefales veldig om man vil koble av og slappe av. Jeg vil anbefale på det varmeste.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in den Marken. Meer, Berge, schöne Städtchen und Burgen, alles in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, es sind noch weitere Einheiten im Gebäude, von denen wir aber nichts mitbekommen habe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, gute moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Betten waren recht hart aber ok. Das einzige was uns gestört hart waren die nistendem Vögel unter dem Dach - die frisch geschlüpften Küken wurden ununterbrochen mit aufgeregtem Getrappel versorgt. Aber irgendwie ja auch ganz süß und so ist es eben auf einem alten Bauerhof.

Laura und Alessandro sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Absolut ruhig, mit tollen Ausblick. Meine Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt.

Soggiorno breve ma intenso, un vero peccato non essersi fermati più dei tre giorni che avevamo a disposizione. Il luogo è incantevole, panorama stupendo, casolare in ottime condizioni, piscina top. Siamo stati non bene, benissimo, anzi di più. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'host, pulito e con tutto a disposizione. Piscina super, praticamente a nostra esclusiva disposizione. Il sig. Lino e sua moglie persone riservate, discrete ma sempre pronte e disponibili. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Complimenti davvero, speriamo di ritornarci. Grazie sig. Lino e consorte, avete permesso alle nostre vacanze di concludersi con un ricordo che ci porteremo sempre con noi. Lucia&Family
