Excellent apartment, quiet location. Easy access. Everything is very clean and organized. Very kind host. Responds quickly to messages and clearly.

The house in person is better than the description. All rooms were clean and smelled good, as well as complete (kitchen with all utensils, bedrooms and bathrooms with towels and fragrant bed linens, very clean). You can see the host's zeal for the place. The condominium is very quiet and the house offers a lot of privacy. We had setbacks because of the heavy rain and Lucas more than promptly helped us. Very helpful and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would return to the place.

Excellent house, with good barbecue structure next to a swimming pool. It has one outdoor bathroom and one indoor. The kitchen has the utensils both internally and for the wood stove. I recommend

To arrive in times of rain I suggest a higher car because there are some more complex stretches to reach

The stay was uncomfortable, the bathrooms do not have hygienic shower, the only garage with a vacancy is with the gate stuck and impossible to use, in the house there is little outlet and the TVs do not access the open channels, the globe for example. I was locked in the bathroom that has a problem with the door lock. The house is very old and it was not properly adapted to serve well.

It was a great stay, we were looking for a quiet and more reserved place to enjoy the carnival and we found this beautiful massacre in Silvianópolis. Calm place, far from mess, we like it very much and we intend to go back.
