This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

We offer a stylish house with a private hot spring bath in Koshimadani. It is a 7-minute walk from the Saru-no-Chaya bus stop, making it very convenient. (The front road is a steep slope.) The natural hot spring baths are constantly replenished by the source spring and can be enjoyed 24 hours a day. The hot spring source is Kowakudani Onsen, which is weakly alkaline. We also have a★ BBQ space for your convenience! (We also provide equipment for rent. We will charge you 4,000 yen after use. ) We have introduced a★ bioethanol heater for★ winter only. Please let me know when you use it. We'll charge you 2,000 yen after use. Parking for 2 cars is available on site. Shimomura no Hanare

The accommodation "Shimamura no Hanare" is just over an hour's drive from the city, and the peaceful scenery of a rural area rich in nature stretches out before you. "Shimomura no Hanare" was named after our family's business name. The accommodation is a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the seasonal scenery from the garden room. In the early Showa period, cars were not yet common in this area, and people mainly made a living by raising horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. in stables. There is a renovated stable on our property, which is a charming space. The stable is also a space exclusively for guests. Children are welcome, and up to one small dog is allowed. In addition, although it is limited to certain seasons, you can enjoy activities such as picking shiitake mushrooms grown on logs, digging up bamboo shoots, picking bracken, and harvesting yuzu.
