Apartment with character in a unique setting. It's located in a quiet location on the first floor of a luxury villa. Independent entrance. It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/swimming lane (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15x3.5 meters. It is located about a 10-minute drive to Lake Geneva's first beach, 15 km to Geneva and 30 minutes to the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes to Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

The apartment has just been redone and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140x190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Essentials are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases.
