Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Glacial Hills Trails, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and all of the surrounding chain of lakes within a short drive.

Stay in a piece of history in Downtown Traverse City! Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city. This ground level flat at Firehouse One has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking on-site and fiber internet. This flat at Firehouse One embraces the original architecture of the building with large windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick while introducing modern furnishings and finishes for a great atmosphere.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

This Studio offers a carry in Kitchen, microwave, toaster, apartment size fridge, trundle bed and large bathroom.

Attractive second story guest suite in downtown Petoskey. The property owner lives on the first level. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
